The Bicep is one of your smaller muscles but key in weightlifting. The exercise of choice is the curl for greatest results, here is a 5 step cycle bicep workout. Do 8 reps of each separate workout and repeat 5 times for A complete workout.

1 Incline Hammer Curls.
2 Incline Inner-Biceps Curl.
3 Standing Concentration Curl.
4 EZ Bar Curl.
5 Wide-grip standing barbell curl.

Start light in order to accomplish correct form.
Remember to take your time, do them right to allow full range of motion.
