The Lego Batman Movie stars Will Arnett as Batman,Michael Cera as Robin,Rosario Dawson as Bat-Girl, and Zach Galifianakis as Joker.

Plot:after foiling Jokers plans and all of his villains are put in jail. Batman has no purpose, but when he accidentally adopts and orphan and he realizes Joker has come up with the most sinister plan of all time. Batman now has to balance being a crime fighter and a father.

Overall: The move is aimed towards kids so the characters are not super developed, but there still a lot of fun. Batman is a total self absorbed jerk, and Joker is a cocky psychopath. Batman’s man story in this film learning how to be part of a family again. Now what makes this movies great is the comedy. Every line is clever and hilarious. Many movies aimed at younger kids live off of bathroom humor thankfully the Lego Batman Movie doesn’t. The jokes are mainly aimed at Batman’s long history on TV and in the movies from George Clooney  Bat nipples to Adam West’s Bat dance.

Quality: The movies animation is great there is so much detail in every shot. They are filled with shadows and light and really bring the world alive and keep things interesting. This made all the action scenes in the movie really unique and like no other movie.

Conclusion :The Lego Batman movie is hilarious, but I would only recommend it if you are a big Batman fan because if your not you probably wouldn’t get most of the humor and references. I kept this review short because I didn’t want to spoil any of the jokes or surprise appearances. Again if you are a Batman fan you have to go see this movie its the funny comedy I have seen in a few years.
